Office Administrator

We are searching for a detail-orientated, energetic, responsible person to join our company. This position requires superior customer service skills, organization, and the ability to be self-sufficient. This position is full time with an immediate opening for the right candidate.

Job Description:The office administrator will be responsible for but not limited to: reception, clerical, general office organization, filing, data entry, inbound customer service including order status, inbound order taking, maintaining client accounts both receivable and collections to ensure they are up to date, communicating with existing customers in a professional manner and cooperation with team members of all departments. Primary responsibility is the management of accounts receivable (including the billing of products and services for staff) and compliance management of some of our retail products. The secondary responsibility of this position includes customer service and sales, maintaining of company literature, company reports, and the pick up/delivery schedule.

Skills/Requirements:To be considered for an interview qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in administrative support. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of current word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software (Peach Tree). Excellent organizational skill as well as attention to detail are essential for this position.
The office administrator will also act as the company operator, receiving incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department and handling client relations.

Job Description - IT Manager / PC Support Specialist

IT Manager / PC Support Specialist.

We are searching for an energetic and forward thinking experienced IT Manager to head our fast-growing IT department. This person should excel in customer-service, technical and managerial skills and be ready to take the department to the next level. This position is full-time with an immediate opening and may require weekend or night work as projects require. Applicant must possess a valid drivers license and pass background check and drug screenings.

Job Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in customer-oriented IT technical position.
  • MSCSE and CCNA or equivalent work experience.
  • Hardware: PC desktops, servers, and laptop experience to the board level
  • Networking runs with Cat5e & Cat6.
  • Cisco 1600 and above routers and PIX firewalls. Linksys & D-link routers
  • Installation of business-level VoIP multi-line phone systems.
  • OS Requirements: Windows Server 2000 and above, WinXP and above, Linux, FreeBSD, PHP

    Administration and Engineering skills: Ability to plan, implement, install and configure all aspects of small to medium PC based networks to include: Domain configuration, administration and migration, ability to administer MS Exchange servers, remote back-up (set up, maintenance and recovery), networking with both wired and wireless (encrypted) solutions and building customized business computers and servers. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    Application skills: IE, MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, MS SQL, DNS, IIS and Accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree)

    Management Skills: Ability to set the standard in customer service to the department by writing and implementing procedures and long-term standards. Ability to manage each project from initial contact, assessment, quoting, delegation, implementation and billing in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner. Ability to oversee onsite maintenance contracts, managed services and break-fix calls while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage computer in-house service bench to ensure smallest possible turn around time and proper billing per invoice. Ability to manage onsite inventory levels of hardware and software. Ability and drive to grow the department through excellent customer service and generate business with client referrals. Ability to manage and train staff, including scheduling, collection and inspection of billing invoices, coaching and performance plan management. Ability to mange internal networks including web servers, internal and external mail applications, Cisco routers with multiple T1 connections and many workstations. Ability to create and present regular reports to upper management.
